Remediation queue

When you choose hire_us on a finding, we open a remediation job. The job moves through requested → quoted → accepted → in_progress → submitted → accepted_by_customer.

Pricing tiers

Quote is shown before any payment intent is created. Self-fix is always available as an alternative.

  2. quoted (we set price + complexity)
  3. accepted (you confirmed)
  4. in_progress (operator working)
  5. submitted (operator says done)
  6. accepted_by_customer (you confirmed)

Charter math

Remediation is fee-bearing under the Magnus Economics Charter. 20% to platform (split 15% broker / 5% infra), 80% to the operator who does the work.

Operator note: SaaS-direct nuance

For L1 we (MagnusQA) do every remediation in-house, so the work is direct revenue and the 80/20 mediation split is informational only. When we begin contracting fixes to third parties, the same row in remediation_jobs records the assignee + the platform fee, and the audit endpoint distinguishes kind: "mediated_remediation".
